FAQ
Do you offer a trial personal training session?
Yes. We offer a trial personal training session so you can get to know your trainer, experience our coaching approach, and ensure it feels like the right fit before committing to a personal training package.
Do you offer personal training for women?
Yes, we offer personal training specifically for women. Our team includes two certified female trainers who have additional education in supporting women through peri-menopause and menopause. They are also certified nutrition coaches, which allows us to support both training and lifestyle factors that impact results.
What can I expect from my first personal training session?
Your first session will include a series of foundational movement patterns and a short, introductory workout. The session will not be overly strenuous. Your trainer will be observing movement quality and coordination, any imbalances or limitations that may need extra attention, and your current strength and ability level. This information helps us create a training approach that’s safe, effective, and actually makes sense for your body.
Do I need to be in shape before starting personal training?
No. Our clients begin personal training at many different stages. Some are new to exercising, while others are returning after time away. The trial session is designed to meet you where you are and progress at a pace that makes sense for you.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Our programs are customized for each client, and we can modify exercises to accommodate injuries or physical limitations. We encourage you to share any injuries or limitations before your trial session so we can adjust your training plan to ensure it is both safe and effective. If necessary, we may recommend medical clearance before beginning.
