Jake is a born and raised Orlando resident who had a passion for sports and being active from an early age. Jake's initial draw to the gym came after a hip injury in high school that caused him to miss nearly a year of sports. His mission to help others through health and fitness began here, leading him to eventually obtain his CPT in 2018 and eventually make it a full time career in 2020.
Jake chose to be a trainer because of the positive effect that fitness had on his life, an effect he aims to provide for each client. He takes pride in having a guiding role in someone’s journey to health and strength.

Jennifer is driven by the belief that fitness should meet you where you are. Her coaching style is supportive, personalized, and focused on building strength from the inside out—whether you’re just starting your journey, managing a health condition, or getting back into movement after time away.
